Face scar removal techniques in German clinics

Laser resurfacing

Laser resurfacing is applied to treat minor face defects and keloid scars (connective tissue that grows between cell space and forms excessive skin layers). Cryodestruction

This technique is applied to deal with noticeable face scars including large keloid and hypertrophic scars. Luquid nitrogen is applied topically to remove several layers of skin tissue and is usually preferred for bulging scars. Requires pretty long recovery period.

Dermal fillers
