About MD R. Strassl
Individual treatment according to the latest state of science is available at MD Ing. Roman Strass in focus. A personal, holistic patient care is self-evident for him in both non-surgical problems and after surgery.
In addition to the entire spectrum of conservative orthopedics, MD med. Straßl surgical interventions on the hip, knee, hand and foot, referring to years of experience as a senior physician in A.Ö. Hospital Oberndorf, where he worked until 2017. In addition to artificial joint replacement and arthroscopic surgery, MD med. Strassl specializes in rare diseases of the hand. Hand problems caused by everyday working life as well as sports-specific hand complaints, degenerative ailments and rheumatic complaints, which often show up on the hands first, are clarified and treated.
Since 2018 MD Strasl also acts as a sworn and court-certified expert and produces orthopedic reports for courts, insurance companies, public bodies or private individuals.
Special experience has MD Strassl in the field of infant hip ultrasonography after years of working at the University Clinic for Orthopedics of the SALK and as a training authority.
