The newest scientific findings help us to perform the therapeutic concepts, which aim not only at eliminating the pathological symptoms (regurgitating food, acid regurgitation, nausea, coughing, wheezing, asthma), but also at treating the very reason of it. Safety, efficacy and ease of treatment are the key factors, which determine our therapeutic approaches.

• The radiofrequency ablation (RFA; HALO®) of Barrett‘s esophagus: This minimal invasive endoscopic techniques consists in scrapping off the pathologic tissues with RF energy. We conduct this treatment with under general anesthesia. In 99% of the all the treatment cases the Barrett’s esophagus is completely eliminated.
• In some cases surgical procedure called fundoplication may be a key. It prevents reflux and repairs a hiatal hernia. Up to 90% our patients who have had this operation report that the symptoms have disappeared.
• We use the sparing techniques for reflux treatment. Antireflux surgery embraces such methods as: Magnetic sphincter augmentation, LINX system implantation, Laparoscopic repair, etc.
