The development of medicine, especially in the field of visualization diagnostics, has recently led to the fact that it is now possible to understand the causes of many problems with the back. However, modern, minimally load the body, effective ways to treat spinal stenosis and prosthetics of intervertebral discs are still being finalized, and not always recognized by all. So, only in recent years the method of endoscopic treatment of the herniated disc was recognized as an effective alternative to open operations on intervertebral discs. In the case of other diseases, such as spinal stenosis (spinal stenosis = narrowing of the spinal canal), there are currently changes in the treatment strategy that I have been promoting for many years. With the help of my ten-year experience in treating all problems with the spine (cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine), I can offer you alternative therapies where others said: "You have to live with it."
