Welcome to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at GK Bonn. Our team, headed by MD Joachim Roos, is proud to offer you the whole spectrum of modern medical services in the field of gynecology and obstetrics. Our goal is to provide you the best possible way of assistance. As a team we are working closely together to give you optimal medical care.
In June 2009, our hospital was nominated by the World Health Organization and UNICEF as Baby Friendly Hospital. This certificate was awarded again in 2012, which ensures our long-standing work for the benefit of the newborn.
The Women's Hospital has 32 beds. Our medical team is composed of the chief physician, four senior physicians and ten assistant doctors, including several nurces. In emergency service is available around the clock, a doctor in the house, in addition, a senior physician and the head physician are always on call.
On the maternity ward you will be optimally served by seven pediatric nurses headed by Helga Densing.
Our declared goal is a modern medicine for women. The spectrum of methods covers all common and specific surgical procedures in the field of female sexual organs.
