The objectives of the Radiology Department include diagnostics with the use of x-rays (x-ray and CT) and magnetic fields (MRI). The Radiology Department also conducts curative measures under the control of medical imaging, in particular, pain therapy (e.g. periradicular blockade of the spine), puncture and drainage (e.g. in abscesses).
Our department is fitted with modern digital equipment, diagnostic results are displayed on high-resolution monitors.
The images can be recorded on a CD/DVD at any time (e.g. to transfer to other hospitals). The CD/DVD and x-ray films that you bring to us can be read using our image digitizing and archiving system and then they can be used by the responsible personal of our hospital.
