LUBINUS Foot Surgery performs approximately 1,200 surgical procedures per year. Our spectrum ranges from minor operations such as ingrown toenails to complex restorations such as corrective surgery or joint prosthetics.

Our team consists of 6 physicians, some of whom have decades of experience in orthopedic surgery and have specialized in foot surgery for many years, as well as 3 other women. We regularly exchange with colleagues and companies in order to treat our patients according to the latest international standards. We work closely with other disciplines, wound managers, orthopedic technicians and podiatrists. Over time, we have developed into a center in the north and maintain close contacts with the local practices.

We can look back on the experience of thousands of operations performed. Our modern and gentle surgical procedures allow rapid mobilization and healing.

A big advantage for our patients lies in the organizational structure of the LUBINUS foot surgery: We operate at both locations of the Lubinus Foundation: Approx. 60% of our operations take place in the Sankt Elisabeth Hospital Kiel and 40% in the Lubinus Clinicum.

Integrated into an orthopedic accident surgery special clinic with an additional department for plastic and reconstructive surgery, we guarantee the complete all-round care of our patients.

In an emergency, a presentation in our house is possible at any time. Should there be any problems or complications after an intervention, competent contact persons also help outside of regular consultation hours at night or on weekends. The treatment of severe wound healing disorders and chronic foot diseases requires collaboration with plastic surgeons, vascular specialists and wound experts with whom we are closely networked.
