About MD S. Penner

Due to the intensive expansion of orthopedic medical services, it was decided to create in our clinic a separate orthopedics with the provision of a hospital with 13 beds.

In June 2012, the Department of Orthopedics was created for the blade surgery, traumatology and hand surgery. The chief physician of the department was Sebastian Pennero, a specialist who for many years intensively dealt with endoprosthetics of the shoulder, hip and knee joints, including revision surgeries.

Hospital stays after surgery are usually nine to ten days. After that, the patient usually undergoes rehabilitation treatment for several weeks.

• Installation of artificial joints (endoprostheses of the joints) on the hip, knee and shoulder in case of wear (osteoarthritis) and bone fractures
• Replacement of artificial joints
• Arthroscopic surgery on the anterior cruciate ligament
• Correction of soft tissue and attachment of ligaments in diseases of the patella
• Shoulder wear surgery in an open and arthroscopic technique
• Correction of congenital or acquired deformities of the foot
